Announcement 25 June 2025: Pausing of grants.

Please note that FIT has temporarily paused the majority of its grant-making whilst the trustees undertake a review of the Foundation’s strategy, objectives and priorities. The application process is currently paused for the main grants programme, Alastair Hanton Memorial Fund, fellowships programme and social investment fund.

The only exceptions to this are:

• The small grants programme remains open for applications
• Urgent applications in exceptional and limited circumstances can be considered to our main grants programme, Alastair Hanton Memorial Fund, fellowship programme and social investment fund. If you wish to apply under this exemption, please contact the Grants Manager on admin@integratedtransport.co.uk who will decide whether sufficient evidence has been provided to justify consideration of an emergency application. Please note we will only consider applications under this special exemption in extremely limited circumstances where full supporting evidence has been provided.
